How was the case of Xu Dalong in Dalian decided?

By organizing prostitution, the criminal group accumulated a lot of property. In order to safeguard the interests of criminal groups, they have repeatedly carried out criminal activities such as picking fights and illegally detaining others in or around Harbor No.1 and Longting Water Club, and repeatedly carried out illegal acts such as beating, intimidating others and deliberately destroying other people's property.

The court found that the criminal group met the criteria for the identification of evil forces. Based on the facts, nature, circumstances and social harmfulness of each defendant's crime, the above judgment was made according to law.
