What does the owner mean?

The owner refers to the owner of the property. Owners can be natural persons, legal persons and other organizations, domestic citizens or organizations, and foreign citizens or organizations.

Property is essentially the same as the owner in the building. Both refer to the owner of the property (property right). The tenant of the house is not the owner.

However, it must be distinguished: developers and investors in the construction market are not necessarily owners for the following reasons:

1 They are not the ultimate property owners;

Their role as Party A is to win benefits through property right conversion.

Therefore, it is based on this that the employer (Party A) is used instead of the owner in the construction contract.
