Property management enterprises with three-level qualifications can undertake the property management business of residential projects below 200,000 square meters and non-residential projects below 50,000 square meters.

Three-level qualified property management enterprises:

2. Property management professionals and full-time management technicians in engineering, management, economy and other related majors shall be no less than 10.
