Measures of Guangzhou Municipality on Property Management Evaluation of Residential Quarters

Article 1 In order to carry out the evaluation activities of property management standards of residential quarters in our city, improve the property management level of residential quarters in our city, and create excellent property management residential quarters, these evaluation methods are formulated according to the Measures for Property Management of Newly-built Residential Quarters in Guangzhou. 1. The property management unit shall submit a report to the District Construction Committee in the first quarter of the assessment year, and send the application materials such as Guangzhou Residential Property Management Assessment Declaration Form to the District Construction Committee in ten copies.

2. After receiving the application materials from the property management unit, the District Construction Committee will organize relevant professional departments in the district to identify the professional standards of housing management, equipment management, municipal public facilities management, landscaping management, environmental sanitation management and the operation of the property management unit in residential quarters, and fill out the Evaluation Form for Individual Standards of Property Management in Residential Quarters in Guangzhou.

3. The District Construction Committee shall submit the materials of the reporting unit and the single standard evaluation materials organized by the District Construction Committee to the Municipal Construction Committee in the second quarter of the evaluation year.
