Kitchen flue and residential property management

The kitchen flue of residential buildings should be owned by property management.

According to No.213 of the Measures for the Management of Maintenance Funds for Facilities and Equipment Used in Residential Buildings [1998], the facilities and equipment used by * * * include "sewer pipes". "Smoke exhaust pipe" and "sewer pipe" have similar functional attributes (one is responsible for the downward drainage of users on all floors, and the other is responsible for the upward smoke exhaust of users on all floors), so they should also be regarded as "* * * facilities and equipment" entrusted in the property management entrustment contract and included in the service scope of property management enterprises.
