In order to implement the Regulations on the Safety Management of Fireworks and Firecrackers, further strengthen the safety management of fireworks and firecrackers in the whole region, and ensure the safety of the public and people's lives and property, according to the relevant provisions of the Regulations on the Prohibition of Fireworks and Firecrackers in Xiamen, combined with the actual situation in our region, it is decided to ban fireworks and firecrackers in some areas of the whole region. The announcement is as follows:

1. It is forbidden for any individual, legal person or other organization to set off fireworks and firecrackers in the following areas.

(1) In the offices of party and government organs, institutions and state-owned enterprises at all levels in the whole region.

(two) within the scope of crowded places, including:

1. Daleng Town within the jurisdiction of Daleng Street;

2. Hui Jing Shopping Plaza, Taihe Hongmen Shopping Plaza, Labor Park, Xiang 'an Legal Culture Plaza, Xiang 'an People's Stadium, Xiang 'an Children's Park and Xiang 'an Youth Sports Activity Center within the jurisdiction of Xindian Street;

3. Xiang 'an Minlan City Square under the jurisdiction of Jinhai Street;

4. Maxiang Park and Fangshan Children Park under the jurisdiction of Maxiang Street;

5. Other crowded places within the jurisdiction.

(3) Within the residential area that has been built and put into use, including:

1. Cultural relics protection units at all levels within the jurisdiction of Xiang 'an;

2. Transportation hubs such as stations and docks, as well as safety protection zones such as expressways, bullet trains and high-speed trains;

4. Safety protection zones for power transmission and transformation facilities;

5. Medical institutions, kindergartens, primary and secondary schools, universities and social welfare centers;

6 key fire prevention areas such as mountains and forests.

Two, any individual, legal person or other organization in the "Announcement" to prohibit the discharge of fireworks and firecrackers, which constitutes a violation of public security management, shall be punished by the public security organs according to law; If the case constitutes a crime, it shall be transferred to judicial organs for criminal responsibility.
