What should tenants do if they move out and owe property fees?

Legal analysis: If the tenant escapes privately and owes the property fee, the property management company will not bear any responsibility, and the property fee owed will still be paid by the owner. Legal basis: Article 41 of the Regulations on Property Management in People's Republic of China (PRC), the owner shall pay the property service fee according to the agreement in the property service contract.
