The hot certificate shall be issued by the general contractor. Hot work is the management of hot work permit during the implementation of open flame construction project. The hot card is generally issued by the safety management department of the general contractor project department. In addition to the signature of the safety supervisor, it needs to be reported to the supervisor for approval and confirmation. The completion acceptance of hot work shall be confirmed by the team leader first, then signed by the person in charge of hot work project, and then signed by the general contractor and supervision engineer.

Introduction to treatment of heat syndrome

First, investigate whether there are conditions or restrictions for hot work at the hot work site. If it is determined that the site meets the requirements for hot work, the hot work permit can be started. After the permit is issued, relevant personnel shall be called to conduct operation safety analysis, and who is the hot work personnel and who is the fire watcher.

Submit the completed work permit and work risk analysis to the safety supervisor, who will check whether the permit is perfect and ask the safety supervisor to go to the site to check whether the hot work conditions are met. After the safety supervisor confirms that the site meets the requirements, prepare relevant tools, such as fire extinguishers and fire blankets, and move the surrounding flammable materials away from the hot work position.

Obtain the signature permission of the operation supervisor and apply for hot work. After obtaining the permission signed and authorized by the operation supervisor, one copy will be left in the safety supervision office and the other will be hung on the site to start the operation.
