The applicant has worked in an employer in the area, signed a labor contract for more than 3 years (inclusive), continuously paid the housing accumulation fund or social insurance premium for more than 6 months (inclusive), or held the business license and tax payment certificate in the area for more than 1 year (inclusive); 2. The applicant has the household registration of permanent urban residents in urban areas, or holds the "Zhejiang Residence Permit" (or "Zhejiang Temporary Residence Permit") issued by the urban public security organs within the validity period; 3. For the units and employees who meet the application conditions, the unit manager will download the Registration Form of Talent Apartment Rental and the list of application materials; 2. Prepare materials according to the list, and submit them to the street where the unit is registered and where the tax is paid for preliminary examination after completion; 3. After the street is confirmed by seal, the unit shall submit it to the talent apartment management audit department for audit, and the unit that has passed the audit shall sign a lease contract and a letter of commitment in duplicate with each party holding one copy. Party B is the unit, and individuals will not rent it for the time being without special reasons; 4. Party B shall hand over the key to the Property Management Office of Talent Apartment with the original lease contract. In principle, it is required to hand over the house within 3 days from the date of signing the contract.
