I. Basic achievements of the work

1. In terms of contract review, we have made good use of relevant legal knowledge, combined with the contract background and the company's position, and ensured the quality of the company's contract from the aspects of format specification, content compliance and company interest guarantee.

In the review of nearly 200 contracts since I joined the company, I was able to complete the review according to the company's norms and the requirements of leaders, and put forward opinions in line with laws and regulations and the company's interests on text errata and clause risks. There were no major contract quality and risk problems during the period, which provided cooperation for the work of other departments, and there were no complaints during the period, which was affirmed by colleagues and leaders.

2. Make and update daily reports and make settlement data. For engineering ledger, contract list, contract seal registration form, quality deposit payment due list, two-year statute of limitations for accounts receivable, performance list, etc. It can be updated timely and accurately every month, and mistakes and omissions can be corrected in time, providing effective data support and information basis for project management departments.

In terms of settlement materials, according to the contract and customer requirements, written materials such as settlement statements and payment letters were provided to the business on time, and no complaints were received during the period. There is no serious deduction in performance appraisal.

3. Project management First of all, according to the project implementation plan, follow up the progress of various departments and file relevant documents. In the project promotion, the cooperation between departments can better complete the written communication and coordination with customers on projects and key projects, except for situations.

Being able to make a written risk assessment or default analysis report provides a reference for communication, coordination and negotiation between business and customers, and completes the cooperation between departments well, so it has been affirmed by leaders and colleagues.

4. Accounts receivable project work. The main responsibility is to communicate and coordinate with customers and send letters to settle accounts. During this period, I was able to complete the tasks assigned by the leaders, and there was no delay or mistake in my post, which delayed the collection of money.
