At the time of qualification examination, the lessee shall provide the following materials:

1. Original lease contract, husband and wife ID card, household registration book, marriage certificate (or divorce certificate).

2. Urban low-income and low-income families provide low assurance or low-income confirmation; Retirees provide a bank-printed pension payment process; Other lessees shall provide proof of income issued by the work units of both spouses.

3. Other supporting materials required for the qualification examination due to special reasons of the lessee.

The lessee holds the lease contract to provide the information registration staff with information such as family membership, the name of the community where the application for public rental housing (low-rent housing) is located, contact telephone number and so on at the specified time and place. If the information provided is false or inaccurate, it will not pass the qualification review.

Contract renewal

Venue: Floor 2, East of Building 7, Zone 1 of Longshan Yaju

Time: same as qualification examination time.

The lessee who has passed the qualification examination shall renew the contract at the specified time and place by notice.

Matters needing attention

① If the lessee conceals relevant information or provides false materials to apply for renewal of public rental housing (including low-rent housing), it shall be recorded in the management file, and the leased housing shall be recovered, and it shall not apply for any form of housing security again within 5 years.

Tenants who no longer meet the guarantee conditions after qualification examination vacate public rental housing (including low-rent housing), and pay rent at the market price if there is no other housing; If the lessee has other housing, it shall vacate within a time limit.

(3) If the lessee has purchased the commercial house, he should also bring the commercial house purchase contract (or house book) when examining the qualification, so as to determine whether to renew the contract according to the house area and delivery time.

Please go through the relevant formalities at the specified time and place. If it is not done within the time limit, it will be regarded as automatic abandonment and recovery of the house.
