The issuance of the above-mentioned notice marks that Hefei has taken the lead in fully entering the era of "handing over houses and issuing certificates" in Anhui Province. This will improve the efficiency of new commercial housing certification, ensure the synchronization of housing rights and property rights purchased by the masses, and effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of buyers and sellers.

Hefei's "real estate delivery registration" is based on "Internet real estate registration" and is an innovative business process. Natural resources and planning departments take the lead, real estate, taxation, banking and other departments cooperate to promote, and real estate development enterprises, banks and property buyers participate as application subjects. In the commercial housing sales contract, the binding clauses of "contract filing and real estate notice registration at the same time" and "real estate issuance upon delivery" have been added.

According to the introduction of Hefei Real Estate Registration Center, since 2020, the center has successively carried out the pilot work of "issuing certificates upon delivery" in various communities such as Fengxifu, Luyang Forest Park, Amber Donghua House and Yunfeng Garden.
