Community profile: maliandao Community is located in the west of Guangwai Street, bordering maliandao Tea Street in the east, Wanzi Street Community in the west, maliandao South Street in the south and Wanzi Road in Guangwai Street in the north, with an area of 0.26 square kilometers. There are 17 residential buildings, 89 floors, 3 bungalows, 1 municipal unit and 2 properties in this area. *** 1389 households (household registration number 1268), 3,676 people (household registration number 3626), floating population 10/0, 34 residents' representatives and 90 residents' groups10. There are 1 15 disabled people in the community and 58 low-income households. There are Xianglong Logistics Company (former No.2 Factory), four hotels represented by Seven Days Hotel Chain, three large tea cities, six or eight tea merchants along the street and a gas station in the area. There are public security patrols, environmental protection and greening teams, party member, teenagers and women volunteers in maliandao community. Maliandao Community Neighborhood Committee was formed in February 2002 by the merger of the former maliandao Xili Neighborhood Committee and the former maliandao Beili Neighborhood Committee.
