Can I complain if the underground garage mechanical double parking property is not used?

Parking spaces and garages can be planned for parking cars within the scope of building zoning in Article 74 of the Property Law, and the needs of owners should be met first. Within the building division, the ownership of parking spaces and garages planned for parking cars shall be agreed upon by the parties through sale, gift or lease.

Parking spaces that occupy roads or other venues owned by the owner for parking cars shall be owned by the owner.

With the consent of the owners, the owners' congress and the property management enterprise, the relevant formalities shall be handled in accordance with the provisions, and the owners' income shall be mainly used for special maintenance funds, or used according to the decision of the owners' congress.
