The second phase project of Zhigu Lianyun in Qingyun County was completed in 2022. Zhigu Lianyun Phase II Project is located in the east of Kaiyuan Street, north of Xueyuan Road and south of Kunlun Shopping Plaza in Qingyun County. The project covers an area of 54,389 ㎡, with a total construction area exceeding127,000 ㎡. It consists of a SOHO intelligent business office building, characteristic blocks, 1 1 houses and small high-rise buildings, covering office buildings, famous business streets, residences and other properties. Among them, there are 404 houses, 1 17 shops and 437 apartments in Fengqing block.
