1 project overview

A residential project in Beijing, the above-ground residence is about 200,000 square meters, the highest single building is 28 floors, and the building height is less than 100m ... The underground garage has two floors, about 50,000m2. Usually used as a garage, wartime functions for personnel shelter and civil air defense materials warehouse. Taking this project as an example, the installation positions of the first floor, solar system, E-class warehouse spray, fire booster and voltage stabilizer of residential buildings are analyzed, which provides corresponding help for the installation of water supply and drainage system in Beijing residential quarters.

2 Several problems and solutions of water supply and drainage system in residential projects

2. 1 Water meter setting for water supply system of residential project

(2) For the pressurized water supply system, the platform is set according to the zoning situation, that is, one platform is set for each of the three pressurized zones. Select a suitable location in the second floor underground to reserve a sewage pit, set up a submersible sewage pump and a ventilation riser, and design a pressurized sewage pipeline to an outdoor drainage inspection well. In addition, in order to prevent the damage of the check valve at the outlet of the lift pump and the mutual influence of the sewage pits, the pressurized drainage pipe of each sewage pit needs to be connected to the well separately, so as to be truly safe and reliable. (2) Solutions for supporting shops: According to the experience of previous projects, except for a few ordinary shops, most supporting shops are easier to sell and rent as restaurants. In order to prevent modification after construction, water supply and drainage conditions are reserved for the restaurant in this project. In addition to the water supply and drainage design of the bathroom, it is also necessary to reserve the drainage cleaning port of the restaurant on the ground of each merchant, and reserve the kitchen drainage riser separately, and the drainage will be discharged after being treated by the outdoor grease trap.
