First, Mudanjiang

Mudanjiang City is one of the 12 prefecture-level cities in Heilongjiang Province, and the government is located in Dong 'an District. Known as the "Snow City", it is the central city in the southeast of Heilongjiang Province, located in the center of the Northeast Asian economic circle, bordering Russia by 2 1 1km, and governing 6 counties (cities) and 4 urban areas. Located at the intersection of Ji Shen and Changtong Line, it is one of the transportation hubs in the southeast of Jilin Province and one of the important transportation hubs in the northeast. Lianyungang, formerly known as Haizhou, is a prefecture-level city in Jiangsu Province. The sea area is 6677 square kilometers.
