The residential property won't let me park, and the property is unreasonable. How can I solve it reasonably?

Article 55 of the full text of the Property Management Regulations stipulates. The use of some facilities of the property * * * shall first obtain the consent of the owners' congress, the owners and the property management enterprises, and then go through the relevant formalities. Part of the operating income of facilities and equipment of * * * is to supplement special funds, and the other part can be used according to the decision of the owners' meeting.

In other words, as a part of the property, the ground of the community can be parked with the consent of the owners' meeting, the owners and the property management company. General property companies will find ways to increase parking spaces on the road when underground parking lots are not enough or they want to increase their income. However, if the ground passage is narrow or affects other owners, it is generally not allowed to park the car on the ground of the community.
