Process and steps of property bidding

The public bidding procedure has the following eight steps: 1. Tender announcement. 2. Pre-qualification. 3. Publish the tender documents. 4. Tender preparation meeting. 5. Prepare and submit the bidding documents. The bidding company shall, with the cooperation of the tenderee, prepare the bidding documents according to the bidding plan. 6. Bid opening. The tendering company shall organize the tenderers and bidders to open bids within the time specified in the tender documents. 7. Bid evaluation and winning the bid. The jury will conduct preliminary review, detailed review and clarification of the bidding documents, and finally determine the winning bidder. The tendering company issues a bid evaluation report according to the opinions of the jury, and the tenderer determines the winning bidder according to the bid evaluation report. 8. Contract negotiation and signing.

Legal objectivity:

According to Article 22 of the Company Law, if the company has gone through the registration of change according to the resolution of the shareholders' meeting or the shareholders' meeting or the board of directors, after the people's court declares the resolution invalid or cancels the resolution, the company shall apply to the company registration authority for cancellation of the registration of change.
