Can the property charge management fees in the project budget?

According to Article 41 of the latest Property Management Regulations issued by the State Council, the owner shall pay the property service fee in accordance with the property service contract. If the owner and the user of the property agree that the user of the property shall pay the property service fee, the owner shall bear joint and several liability from the agreement.

It is reasonable for property companies to charge decoration management fees. In order to ensure the normal renovation work, the property management company should send people to supervise and inspect. According to Article 16 of the Administrative Measures for Interior Decoration of Residential Buildings issued by People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (OrderNo. 1 10 of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development in 2002), the decorator or decoration enterprise shall sign a service agreement with the property management unit for interior decoration management of residential buildings.

The residential interior decoration management service agreement shall include the following contents:

1, decoration project implementation content.

2, decoration engineering implementation cycle.

3, allow the construction time.

4. Waste removal and disposal.

5. Installation requirements of residential facade facilities and security window.

6. Prohibited behaviors and precautions.

7. Management service fee.

8. Liability for breach of contract.

9. Other matters that need to be agreed.
