How to control transformer noise in residential area

1. First, reduce the vibration of the main equipment of the transformer. Usually, a high-efficiency damper is installed under the transformer to reduce the transmission rate of transformer vibration, thus reducing the transmission of low-frequency noise to the building structure.

2. Secondly, in order to reduce the vibration of transformer, the usual rigid connection will increase the transmission of vibration, so it is suggested to use soft connection and elastic connection to reduce the transmission effect of vibration.

3. The transformer is equipped with grounding equipment, and the vibration of the transformer will be transmitted to the building structure through the grounding wire, so try to avoid using rigid grounding pieces. Soft grounding connection is adopted to reduce the transmission of transformer vibration.

4. Change the hard connection between bus bridge and transformer, and do vibration reduction treatment on the bridge.

5. Solve the low-frequency noise of the transformer from the source, and do sound insulation from the transmission path to improve the noise reduction effect. The usual practice is to do the sound insulation decoration of the distribution room to improve the sound insulation ability of the room itself, and generally use sound-absorbing materials to lay on the wall.
