Enterprises that fail to submit their annual reports on time shall submit supplementary annual reports and make them public; Enterprises that fail to publicize instant information on time shall publicize relevant information; If the domicile is invalid, the enterprise can contact again through the place of registration, or contact again after changing the domicile registration, and apply to be removed from the business exception list.

Legal basis: Article 4 of the Interim Measures for the Administration of Business Anomaly List. In any of the following circumstances, the administrative department for industry and commerce at or above the county level shall include the enterprise in the business exception list:

(1) Failing to publicize the annual report within the time limit stipulated in Article 8 of the Provisional Regulations on Enterprise Information Publicity.

(2) Failing to publicize relevant enterprise information within the time limit ordered by the administrative department for industry and commerce in accordance with the provisions of Article 10 of the Provisional Regulations on Enterprise Information Publicity.

(3) disclosing enterprise information, concealing the real situation or practicing fraud.

(four) through the domicile or business premises can not be contacted.
