Take a walk and have a look at Cangzhou

Cangzhou is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Hebei Province, which is located in the southeast of Hebei Province, and is named because it is close to the Bohai Sea. When I saw this name for the first time, I couldn't help thinking of the martial arts feelings of "vicissitudes of life, tides on both sides of the strait". The waves are rolling and the waves are rough. A wave of lofty sentiments arises spontaneously.

When I first arrived here, I studied the map and found that the downtown area of Cangzhou was still a little far from the sea, so I had to give up the idea of going to the seaside to experience the laughter of the sea every day. But we can't come for nothing and we can't leave anything behind. So, when I was free, I took time to measure Cangzhou with my feet, only to find that there are so many beautiful things in this small town.

There are many parks and scenic spots in Cangzhou, which are basically free. Welcome me to visit them. Back and forth, I always spend five days walking around the center of Cangzhou.

Since Cangzhou is rich in water system, I will start from the southeast corner and go north along the South Canal.

The South Canal, which runs through the north and south of Cangzhou, is a part of China's Grand Canal (with a total length of 3,200 kilometers), with a total length of 436 kilometers. The water transport of the South Canal plays an extremely important role in the long history. The width of the river varies along the way, and the water quality is good. Animals and plants in the water are also rich and visible to the naked eye.

From south to north, we go north along the river.

The Grand Canal Bay Park is quite large, and it will take a while to go around. Unfortunately, the whole park is still under construction, and it is estimated that it will be developed into a better tourist spot. After a quick stroll, I continued to walk north.

The name of Cihang Palace shows that it has something to do with Taoism, because the epidemic has been closed. Let's take a picture at the door.

Baishiyuan Park is not big. There are many little lions made of stone in it, which are different in appearance and ordinary in workmanship, but it is amazing that they have not seen any replicas. There is also a "Tibetan Music Bookstore", which embodies the elegant feelings of literati.

The reason why the word "small" is added specially is because this square is really small, just a small circle, and it is quite suitable for people nearby to take a walk after dinner. There is a music fountain, but I guess it won't be activated. This Little Square is named after the Qingfeng Building next to it. It is a small feature that the building is clean and windy.

Nanhu Park is called Nanhu because it is basically a lake. There is an artificial island in the middle of the lake with a small pavilion at the top. There is a breeze blowing on the water, which is a good place to enjoy the cool.

Usually people with the word "person" in their names are grounded, and People's Park is no exception. But to my surprise, People's Park is more beautiful than the place I just saw. The place is very big, and there is an island in the middle of the lake, extending in all directions. The reason why it feels beautiful is mainly because the lotus in the lake is refreshing.

Arrive in the north, then turn to the west.

I wanted to visit the revolutionary martyrs monument, but unfortunately, the martyrs cemetery has been closed for a long time because of the epidemic. I have to look at this monument from a distance at the door and admire it.

This park is too low-key, so low-key that there is no gate. I found it more low-key when I went in. There is no trace of artificial construction except the lotus pond at the entrance. There is no one in the whole park, and the only way to go is to step on it with your feet. Playing here is like following a small mountain forest. There is vegetation everywhere in the depths. If you don't wear closed pants, it is not recommended to go in directly. There are many bugs. The whole park is generally large, and it is clean everywhere, and there is no smell of fireworks.

From west to south.

Cangzhou, also known as the Lion City, is famous for casting iron lions. As the name implies, Lion City Park is not light. There are many pigeons in the park, and there is a special pigeon house. Surprisingly, the original Cangzhou landmark "Iron Lion" is in this park, let me shout for it.

Cangzhou Museum is really big, with three floors and several exhibition halls on each floor. The exhibits are all cultural relics, culture and history. In the museum, you can see and learn a lot of knowledge, which is well worth visiting.

Cangzhou has a long history and has left human footprints since the Neolithic Age. The Grand Canal has always done more harm than good, and the advantages outweigh the disadvantages. Cangzhou is also named after the canal, a state on the sea. The Grand Canal, the Great Wall and the Silk Road are also called the three linear world cultural heritages in China. This momentum has given me a strong sense of pride and will not dissipate for a long time. There are many historical celebrities in Cangzhou, whether they are upright heroes or villains who have committed heinous crimes. They all evaluate their lives fairly and objectively in the museum. Cangzhou's culture is also very special, and the people advocate martial arts. "The dart doesn't shout Cangzhou", which shows its status.

Cangzhou Planning Museum is not open for a long time every day, so you have to watch it for a while, or it will be closed, haha. I went twice before I finally went in. In the Cangzhou Planning Museum, all the overall planning schemes and plans of Cangzhou City, as well as the introduction of cities and counties at all levels, are displayed.

Near the museum and planning hall are Cangzhou Library and Cangzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center. I didn't visit them, just made a brief note.

It is said to be an acrobatic garden, probably because the time is wrong. Actually, I didn't watch acrobatics. I just visited this small park. A relatively ordinary small park.

Then go south.

The bronze sculptures and biographies of many celebrities in the park, together with various plants planted by professionals, perfectly combine two unrelated things. This scenic spot is famous in the local area, and there are many people.

This is the most modern and up-to-date commercial square I found in Cangzhou. The shopping mall is very big and there are too many people. In the hot summer, comfortable air conditioning is blowing inside, which is really quite enjoyable. The shopping mall integrates food, clothing, housing, entertainment, film and television, and there is a "Canal Printing Lane" food pedestrian street on the side. Singing, dancing, playing and eating strings are all in groups in the square. It's a perfect little world.

I was fooled by this name and thought it was a scenic spot. As a result, the flower trading market ... is quite large, with pets, aquatic products, tea sets, stones and other trading varieties besides flowers.

Turned a big circle around Cangzhou and returned to the original point. Cangzhou is not big, but overall, there are quite a lot of scenic spots. Travel is not an end, what you see is the key. If you want to know Cangzhou, let's start by measuring it with your feet.
