Seventeenth fire control institutions of public security organs shall promptly accept and register complaints about fire safety violations, and deal with them in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Regulations on the Procedures of Public Security Organs for Handling Administrative Cases".

Eighteenth fire control institutions of public security organs shall, in accordance with the following time limit, conduct on-site verification of fire safety violations reported and complained:

(a) to report complaints about occupying, blocking, closing evacuation passages, safety exits or other acts that hinder safe evacuation, and to stop using fire control facilities without authorization, it shall be verified within 24 hours after receiving the complaints;

(2) Reports and complaints about fire safety violations other than those mentioned in Item 1 of this paragraph shall be verified within three working days from the date of receiving the reports and complaints.

Upon verification, violations of fire safety shall be dealt with according to law. Handling the situation shall promptly inform the complainant; If it cannot be informed, it shall be indicated in the acceptance registration.
