Of course, the owners can also directly reflect the relevant problems to the property company, and it is of course better to solve them directly. Therefore, it is not the decision of an owner to let the property company leave, although it may be because the service of the property company is not in place, which has brought a lot of inconvenience and problems to some owners. If the owners are really extremely dissatisfied with the property company, and they can't solve the problem through the owners' committee, and their own consultation has no effect, then they can complain to the community, the property office of the Housing Authority, or even the mayor's mailbox, and then they can solve it.
