If the house is transferred, it should not affect your settlement.

If the house is not transferred, it will be in trouble, because the house is still owned by the original landlord in law, and you can only consult the intermediary or the original landlord.

Some people moved their registered permanent residence to the purchased property in the following ways:

1. Go to the neighborhood committee where the property is located with the property right certificate and issue the certificate of permanent residence;

2. Take this account page, property right certificate, permanent residence certificate of the neighborhood committee and the original ID card to the police station in the jurisdiction under the house to find the registered police account to move in;

3. Since the property still has the account of the original landlord, when the household registration police ask, you can say that you can't contact the original landlord.
