Under normal circumstances, the property is only inspected in several aspects.

1, quality inspection

First, check the existing installed valves, faucets and water inlet pipes to see if the installation position is reasonable. In general, water pipes should not be installed near power supply and gas pipelines. Secondly, shake the faucet and water pipe by hand to check whether the installation is firm and loose. Then check the flexibility of the valve and faucet switch. Finally, check the appearance for damage and rust. If this happens, it must be replaced immediately.

2. Water inspection

Open the valve and faucet for a period of time to conduct water test. First, check whether the tap water is unobstructed, blocked or abnormal. Then turn off the faucet and check whether there is dripping and water leakage at the faucet and valve position. If conditions permit, the pressure can be measured on the water pipe. After water supply, you can also check the water meter to see if the installation conforms to the specifications and whether it is installed backwards. Whether there is idling phenomenon after turning off the faucet. If hot and cold water pipes are installed, check whether the hot and cold water outlets are correct.

3. Drainage inspection

Turn on the faucet, turn it off for a period of time, and check whether there is water on the surface to check whether the drainage of the lower outlet is smooth. About two pots of water were also poured into the drain below. This inspection needs to check all basins, bathtubs, toilets and floor drains. If you hear a purr, it means that dehydration is normal. Then you need to check the drain pipe of the basin. When draining water, touch the pipe body with your hand, and check the tightness of the drain pipe joint and the pipe body to see if there is any leakage. If the drainage is blocked, the drainage project must be rebuilt. If the water pipe leaks, it should be replaced immediately.
