The process of convening the owners' meeting

Legal analysis: In case of any of the following circumstances, the owners' committee shall organize an interim meeting of the owners' congress within 10 and issue an announcement for convening the interim meeting:

(a) proposed by the owners who have delivered more than 20% of the total number of properties;

(two) decided by the owners' committee;

(3) According to the proposal of the owner's board of supervisors;

(four) a major accident or emergency needs to be dealt with in time;

(five) other circumstances stipulated in the management statute or the rules of procedure of the owners' meeting.

Legal basis: Article 14 of the Property Management Regulations shall notify all owners 15 days before the meeting.

The meeting of the owners' assembly of residential quarters shall notify the relevant residents' committees at the same time.

The owners' committee shall keep the minutes of the owners' meeting.
