1. Go to your neighborhood committee or industry committee to apply for housing reform and fill in the registration form (provided by the neighborhood committee).

2. After that, the neighborhood committee will let you publicize it. General publicity lasts 10 days. The function of publicity is that all the residents in your building will have feedback within 10 to 15 days. If no one objects to your establishment within 10 to 15 days, then you are approved.

Next, you can find the seal of the neighborhood committee. If it is the Preparatory Committee, it may need the seal of your street office.
