The first type: office building

General office buildings can be registered directly. When registering, a copy of the property right certificate shall be provided and stamped with the official seal of the property right unit. The second type: commercial premises.

If the property right unit is a small owner, a full set of copies of the real estate license shall be signed by the owner of the house on each page, and the application for registration of enterprise establishment shall be signed by the owner of the house on the business place page. The third type: residential buildings.

Residential buildings, also called houses, are places where people live. Now the government has relaxed the policy, and residential buildings can be used to apply for registered addresses. However, to get the seal of the neighborhood Committee, a whole set of procedures is needed.

The specific steps are as follows:

1. Go to your neighborhood committee or industry committee to apply for housing reform and fill in the registration form (provided by the neighborhood committee).

2. After that, the neighborhood committee will let you publicize it. General publicity lasts 10 days. The function of publicity is that all the residents in your building will have feedback within 10 to 15 days. If no one objects to your establishment within 10 to 15 days, then you are approved.

Next, you can find the seal of the neighborhood committee. If it is the Preparatory Committee, it may need the seal of your street office.

Take this document to the industrial and commercial bureau to register the company. (Note: The general pass rate will not be very high)
