The main functions of Dongguan Property Management Association include:

Assist the government to formulate policies and plans for the industry, implement industry management, reflect industry suggestions and requirements to the government, and play a bridge role between the government and enterprises.

2. Grasp the basic situation of Dongguan property management enterprises, carry out industry research, and provide consulting, evaluation, bidding agency and other services for property management.

3. Provide various services for the management and development of member enterprises: collect and sort out domestic and foreign management information, provide management business consultation, organize domestic and foreign seminars, promote technical academic exchanges, and hold various technical business trainings.

4. Promote horizontal integration inside and outside the industry, strengthen the integration of property management between Dongguan and domestic, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and foreign property management circles, and create conditions for the industry to explore the international market.

5. Assist the competent government department or accept the entrustment of the competent department to conduct qualification examination of enterprises in this industry, carry out property management quality evaluation activities, and organize the formulation of management standards and technical specifications for enterprises in this industry.
