3. After receiving the repair report from the property customer service center, we will immediately arrange personnel to arrive at the scene in minutes and handle it within hours. General maintenance (minor repairs) will be completed within a few days; Completed in middle school; The overhaul will be completed in a few days.

4. In case of sudden emergency maintenance project, if our personnel can't be present in time, XXX Company can hire a third party to be present for handling. We agree that XXX company can directly deduct the expenses from the quality deposit (elevator maintenance deposit). If the quality deposit (elevator maintenance deposit) is not enough to cover the cost, we will be responsible for making up the shortfall.

5. The maintenance notice and expense notice sent to us by the property customer service center can be written, telephone, SMS, WeChat, etc. We all agree that it was the notice sent by XXX company, and we all do it.
