Should I compensate for the property loss caused by the water leakage in my public sewer?

The main water pipe falls off and causes water leakage, and its responsibility is divided into three main situations:

1. If the main water pipe falls off and is damaged, the residents shall be responsible for maintenance and compensation for related losses;

2. During the warranty period, if a non-resident destroys the quality of the house (the water supply and drainage pipeline installation shall provide two warranty services), the house developer shall be responsible for the maintenance and compensate the losses related to the construction. If it is the responsibility of the construction unit, the developer shall recover from the construction unit.

3. The property is responsible for the maintenance and related compensation for the damage caused by non-residents beyond the quality warranty period. The main water pipe belongs to all the owners of the building, and the maintenance compensation for the problematic property should be paid by the owners from the public maintenance fund.
