In the trial practice, there are many reasons for property management disputes. Common property management disputes include: owner's breach of contract, owner's house maintenance, owner's infringement in the community, owner's private construction, owner's property loss, public cost sharing, refusal to hand over property management service premises, and property management contract.

Legal basis: Article 922 of the General Principles of Civil Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the trustee shall handle the entrusted affairs according to the instructions of the client. If it is necessary to change the client's instructions, it shall be approved by the client; If it is difficult to get in touch with the client due to an emergency, the agent shall properly handle the entrusted affairs, but shall report the situation to the client in time afterwards.
