I. Registration conditions
(a) who abide by national laws and regulations, abide by professional ethics, meet one of the following conditions of China citizens, can apply to participate in the property management qualification examination:
1, with technical secondary school education in economics, management science and engineering or civil engineering, working years 10 years, including 8 years of property management.
2. Obtain a college degree in economics, management science and engineering or civil engineering, and have worked for 6 years, including 4 years in property management.
3. Obtain a bachelor's degree in economics, management science and engineering or civil engineering, and have worked for 4 years, including 3 years in property management.
4. Graduated from a double bachelor's degree or postgraduate program in economics, management science and engineering or civil engineering, and worked for 3 years, including 2 years in property management.
5. Obtain a master's degree in economics, management science and engineering or civil engineering, and have been engaged in property management for 2 years.
6. Get a doctorate in economics, management science and engineering or civil engineering, and engage in property management 1 year.
7. Those who have obtained corresponding academic qualifications and degrees in other majors will have their working years and working years in property management increased by 2 years.
(2) Those who meet the above registration conditions (1) and have been evaluated for senior professional and technical positions in engineering or economy before 65438+February 3, 20041,and have been engaged in property management for over 10 years, may be exempted from the two subjects "Basic System and Policy of Property Management" and "Property Management" and only participate in the internship of property management.
(III) According to the relevant provisions of the Measures for Qualification Examination of Property Managers, those who took the property management practice subject examination and passed the examination before the end of 10 in 2006 (there are 174 people in China, see Annex 1 for the list) may be exempted from the corresponding subjects if they meet the following conditions:
1. Those who meet the above registration conditions (1) may be exempted from taking the property management practice subject, and only take the basic system and policy of property management, property management and comprehensive ability of property management.
2. Those who meet the above registration conditions (1) and have been engaged in engineering or economic senior professional and technical positions before June 5438+February 3, 2004, and have been engaged in property management for over 10 years, may be exempted from the three subjects of Basic System and Policy of Property Management, Property Management and Property Management Practice.
The method of exempting some subjects specified in the registration conditions (3) is only valid in the first qualification examination for property managers held on 20 10.
The requirements for academic qualifications in the above registration conditions refer to the official academic qualifications or degrees recognized by the national education administrative department. Relevant working years refer to the total time spent in this position before and after obtaining the required education, and the deadline is 20 10 12 3 1.
Hong Kong and Macao residents who meet the registration requirements for the examination can sign up for the qualification examination for property managers. I must submit my identity certificate, corresponding professional education or degree certificate approved by the education administrative department of the State Council, relevant actual working years and working years of property management.

(2) The subjects of "Basic System and Policy of Property Management" and "Property Management" are objective examination papers, which are answered on the answer sheet with 2B pencil; The subjects of "Comprehensive Ability of Property Management" and "Property Management Practice" are a mixture of objective questions and subjective questions, which are answered by special answer sheets. Candidates must carefully read the instructions on the first page of the answer sheet before answering questions, and answer in the designated answer area in strict accordance with the instructions. The answer beyond the answer area is invalid.
(3) Candidates should bring a black ink pen, a 2B pencil, an eraser and a calculator without text programming function when taking the exam.
Third, examination results and certificate management
The examination results are managed in a rolling way. Those who take all 4 subjects or are exempt from examination 1 subject must pass all subjects within two consecutive examination years; Those who are exempt from 2 or 3 subjects must pass the examination subjects of the year.
Those who pass the examination will be awarded the "People's Republic of China (PRC) Qualification Certificate" (hereinafter referred to as the "Qualification Certificate") by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, which is uniformly printed by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. Where a qualification certificate is obtained by improper means, the personnel administrative department of the people's government of a province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government shall withdraw the qualification certificate. From the date of withdrawing the qualification certificate, you may not take the property manager qualification examination again within 3 years.
Fourth, the registration method
(1) A total of 174 people who obtained the score line of qualified property management practice took the 20 10 annual property manager qualification examination in Beijing. See Annex 2 for the specific registration method.
(2) Applicants who meet the registration conditions (1) and (2) will take the 20 10 annual qualification examination of Beijing Property Manager by online registration, on-site qualification examination and online payment. Please use the online payment card of China Merchants Bank, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China or China Construction Bank for online payment. The specific operation steps are as follows:
1. Fill in the registration information online.
(1) Applicants must log on to the Beijing Personnel Examination Network (website: www.bjpta.gov.cn, the same below) from August 12 to August 18 at 20/0, and fill in and submit the Qualification Examination Form for Property Managers (hereinafter referred to as the Qualification Examination Form);
(2) After the submission is completed, print the qualification examination form with A4 paper, and paste two recent 2-inch (34mm×45mm) bareheaded photos with the original edition, which will be audited and sealed by the personnel (cadre) department of our unit;
2. On-site qualification
Applicants who hold the qualification examination form, their identity certificate (ID card, motor vehicle driver's license, military officer's card, passport, the same below), graduation certificate and degree certificate and meet the registration requirements (2) must also provide the engineering or economic senior professional and technical post certificates from August +00, 2065438 to August 265438 (all must be original).
