According to legend, in the early Ming Dynasty, Song Zugang and his brothers moved from Yunnan, and later Wang and Zhang moved in one after another, forming a village dominated by the Song surname. Because it is located in the south of Licun River, it was named Henan, and later renamed Henan Zhuang to avoid being confused with Licun Henan.

In June 2000, 65438+ 10, all the villagers changed from rural to non-rural. In 2002, they evacuated the village to build a residence. In 2004, there were 545 households with 65,438+0,464 people in the village.
