Introduction of Donghu New Village

Donghu New Village (DNGH ú x Ι NCN) is the first commercial residential project in China, the first residential project developed by introducing foreign capital, and the first residential community with property management. Located in the east of Guangzhou city center, on the west side of Dongshan Lake in Gong Yuan, between Donghu Road and Donghu West Road. Originally a depression on the west side of Donghu Park, it was built in 1979 and built in 1982. Twenty-five 8-storey buildings and two 16-storey buildings are named because they are next to East Lake Park.
