What is the difference between undertaking inspection and property completion acceptance?

The responsible parties for completion acceptance are government departments and construction units, and the responsible parties for acceptance acceptance are construction units and property enterprises. The contents of the inspection are different, one is to check whether it meets the design requirements, and the other is to check the use function. There is no way to confuse them.

Completion acceptance refers to the completion acceptance of the property facilities, equipment and related sites attached to the main building. Property handover acceptance refers to the behavior that after the property management contract is signed between the property management company and the development company, the property management company begins to organize professionals to conduct self-acceptance of the property projects that have been handed over to the developer before the performance of the contract, and from the perspective of property management, puts forward suggestions and opinions on the unreasonable and unfavorable parts of the property and asks the other party to rectify.
