With the implementation of Chengyang District Government, according to the Notice of Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Land Resources and Housing Management of Qingdao Municipal Price Bureau on Defining Relevant Policies of Property Service Charge, if the house is vacant for more than six months during the preliminary property service period in the ordinary residential property management area, the owner or property user shall submit a written application to the property service enterprise in advance, and after it is confirmed by the property service enterprise (in principle, water, electricity and gas are not the measurement standards), the property service fee shall not exceed 60% of the property service fee standard agreed in the preliminary property service contract.
