I. Scope

The "interested parties" in this Guide refer to units or individuals other than enterprises that provide (or accept) services or products. The interested parties are divided into the following categories:

III. Paths and Steps

1. Find out the base and make inventory by category.

1. 1 The main body of related party governance is grass-roots enterprises, and most of them are connected with the work of related parties by multiple business departments. Therefore, it is suggested to set up a working group for special governance of related parties in grass-roots enterprises, which can coordinate work across departments and organize special governance of related parties.
