[Introduction to RICS Project]

RICS project was jointly initiated by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and Tsinghua University International Engineering Project Research Institute (IIEPM) on September 6th, 2005. Mr. Steve Williams, Global Chairman of RICS, served as the first chairman of the Management Committee, and Professor Liu Hongyu of Tsinghua University served as the first executive chairman of RICS. The RICS project is the first learning center in the RICS world. In the past few years, RICS project has successfully held 16 training sessions for royal chartered surveyors, and more than 1 1,000 outstanding candidates have entered Tsinghua to study through the veteran path and the connecting path of 1. The RICS project aims to develop high-end professional training and professional continuing education (CPD) in the fields of real estate, construction and project management, so that members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) can enjoy continuing education and exchange opportunities, and provide guidance to students who are interested in joining RICS to help them become members of RICS.

[RICS convergence path 1]

Bridging path is a new path opened on April 2, 2007 to meet the needs of candidates with deep professional ability to join RICS College. The option 1 has been opened to professionals in China.

[Professionals applying for bridging paths shall meet the following conditions]

① Bachelor degree or above, major is not limited;

(2) More than nine years of practical work experience in engineering budget, cost, project management, real estate, land evaluation and other related aspects (work experience before obtaining a degree can be counted);

Professional Frontier Lecture RICS Member Exchange Activities [Application Procedure]

Step 1: Choose a major that suits you.

Step 2: Fill in the qualification form in detail.

(1) Fill in the form truly and in detail.

(2) those who meet the application conditions will submit the materials to Tsinghua University RICS Learning Center for preliminary examination.

(3) All qualified personnel shall recommend to RICS and submit application materials to RICS.

Step 3: Qualification examination

The RICS Qualification Examination Committee will conduct a vocational qualification examination for the candidates.

② After the resume is completed, the review period is 15 working days.

③ Those who pass the qualification examination are eligible to participate in the membership training organized by Tsinghua University RICS Learning Center.

Step 4: Submit tuition fees and related materials.

① The cost of receiving the route 1(A 1) is 2 1000 yuan (twenty-one thousand yuan only), and the invoice is used for the training fee.

② Certificate of academic qualifications, copies of relevant academic degree certificates and resident ID cards 1 copy, and color photos 1 copy.

Step 5: Training

① Curriculum: RICS and Tsinghua University RICS Learning Center are jointly set according to the development goals and needs of members.

② Teacher: Senior member of RICS, international and domestic experts and scholars in various professional fields, Professor Tsinghua University.

③ The training lasts for 6 months. In the first four months, face-to-face lectures will be given for 3 days each month, *** 12 days, and exams and exam classes will be set up. The last two months are the time to prepare the interview materials.

(4) Complete all class hours and credits according to the teaching plan and obtain the interview qualification.

Step 6: Interview

① Pass the interview and become a RICS member.
