2. Party A's responsibilities

5. After Party B performs the service, if Party A fails to pay the payable expenses in time, Party B has the right to claim liquidated damages from Party A according to the interest of the bank loan.

6. All kinds of wastes generated during maintenance shall be disposed of by Party A according to local environmental management laws and regulations and relevant regulations.
