I. Introduction to Beijing Economic Development Zone

1. Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone, also known as Yizhuang Development Zone, is located in Yizhuang District, Daxing, Beijing, China. The concept of "Big Yizhuang" was put forward for the first time in the supporting planning of high-end industries in Yizhuang New Town. Ludong District is located in the east of the Development Zone, bordering the integrated industrial base of optics, mechanics and electronics and the comprehensive area in front of Yizhuang Hub Station in the east, the core area of the Development Zone in the west, the logistics base in the south and Sanyang residential area in the north, with a land area of about 13.49 hectares. Ludong District is a block with industry and supporting services as the leading function, which is the focus of recent development and an important block to promote industrial upgrading and lay the foundation for future development. 3. Hexi District

Hexi District starts from Liangshui River Green Belt in the north, reaches Xinfeng River in the east and south, and reaches Sanhaizi East Road in the west, with a total land area of 10.85 square kilometers, spanning the administrative divisions of Yizhuang Town, Yinghai Town and Majuqiao Town in Daxing District.
