What's more, on June 26, 2004, the property owner of the community received a notice that the community would have a power outage for one day because of the maintenance of Xiaotangshan power supply station. However, we telephoned Changping District Power Supply Bureau and Xiaotangshan Power Supply Bureau and replied that there was no planned power outage on June 26th. In view of the power outage, we have asked the property management company many times, but the property management company has always denied that there is no legal and formal external power supply in Wang Du. The behavior of the development company and Huatai Property in deceiving the owners is extremely irresponsible, which seriously damages the interests of the owners.
2. Your company promised to build clubs and kindergartens in the community when selling the house, but the clubs and kindergartens have been built for a long time but have not been put into use, which has caused great inconvenience to the owners' life and is inconsistent with the promise when selling the house.
3. Self-prepared well water has been used for drinking water in residential areas so far, and the sediment content of water quality is too high to meet the requirements of drinking water. In addition, there are chemical enterprises that produce washing products nearby, which may pollute groundwater and endanger the health of residents in residential areas.
In the above-mentioned projects, the construction costs of external power supply, running water, clubs, kindergartens, etc. belong to the construction and installation costs of residential areas or the supporting costs of infrastructure have been allocated to the total investment cost, that is, included in the sales price of commercial housing. According to the relevant regulations of the state, the developer should complete the above-mentioned projects and deliver them to the owners at the same time as handing over the house. However, owners have been buying houses for more than three years, and it has been nearly two years since the last owner moved in. However, the above projects were not completed and delivered on schedule. From the owner's point of view, the price of buying a house includes the above expenses. We spent a high price, but we didn't enjoy the quality and service we deserved. The above problems have seriously violated the legitimate rights and interests of the owners, and damaged their personal interests and safety of life and property. In order to safeguard everyone's legitimate rights and interests, developers are required to improve the above facilities as soon as possible and pay liquidated damages for the above problems.
