The engineering department represents the company as the lead unit for project handover and acceptance.

1. According to the requirements of the project construction progress, the engineering department will complete the handover to the property management company within 7 days after the project passes the completion acceptance. The engineering department shall notify the relevant units in writing 7 days before the planned delivery date for handover and acceptance, and submit the handover and acceptance materials approved by the company to the property management company.
