How to write a speech for a competitive manager

The main content of my speech today is divided into two parts: first, I compete for the advantage of deputy general manager; The second is to talk about the idea of being a good deputy general manager.

Looking back on my work in recent years, it can be summarized into three aspects.

First, do your duty and do your best for the initial construction of the hotel.

At the beginning of 1996, the hotel was in full swing. In view of a large number of defects in architectural design and construction, I cooperated with the vice president in charge to build the hotel infrastructure, and from the reality, I advocated the establishment of a streamlined and efficient property management team and formulated a series of preliminary rules and regulations. During this period, two tasks were focused on. First, a set of computer property management software was independently compiled, which initially brought property management into the track of modern management; Second, a large number of inappropriate and inappropriate defects in architectural design and installation have been transformed and corrected, making the operation of equipment and facilities safer, more economical and more reliable.

Secondly, I made my due contribution to the development of the hotel wholeheartedly.

As we all know, many changes have taken place in the hotel, but I always respect and support the work of the leaders, safeguard their prestige, and be willing to be a supporting role and a green leaf. Treat your strengths and weaknesses dialectically, foster strengths and avoid weaknesses, unite and cooperate, and do it: stay in place and not be offside, and make up for it. In addition to ensuring that the work under his jurisdiction meets the requirements, he also compiled a set of "Collection of Property Management Systems of Development Buildings" and a series of management systems written later, which made contributions to the standardization and maturity of hotel management from scratch.

Third, give full play to your intelligence for the breakthrough of the hotel. In order to have a better future for the hotel, I have accumulated 6,543,800 words of various materials, including property management bidding scheme, household manual, employee manual, quality manual, safety manual, enterprise CI manual, management form compilation, management system compilation, contract agreement compilation and so on.

I don't have a glorious past, I just want to grasp the present and the future. Today, I participated in the competition for the position of deputy general manager, mainly based on the following considerations:

First, I have a hard-working and obscure professionalism. In the early days of the property, I personally went to every place in the building and touched every part of the building. Down-to-earth, conscientious and meticulous in work fully embodies the good qualities of "being especially hard-working, especially patient, especially fighting, especially dedicated".

Second, I have an innovative consciousness of being open-minded and eager to learn. After serving as the deputy director of the equipment department, he participated in the operation training of electricians, firemen, air conditioners and pipelines according to the needs of the types of work he managed; After entering the hotel, I learned the maintenance, installation and maintenance knowledge of telecommunications and fire fighting equipment to meet the needs of work. According to modern property management and actual needs, I taught myself computer operation and programming, and mastered computer-aided drawing and design; When the International Software Park moved into my building, I quickly mastered the knowledge of network design, construction and debugging. Now, for the needs of development and self-education, I study in a junior college, majoring in property management.

The third is the pragmatic spirit of applying what you have learned and coming from practice. I have never been just a book, only useful, not empty, only real. I have basically achieved the integration of arts and sciences, mechatronics, both extensive theoretical basis and practical work experience, so in my engineering and technical work, I often combine perceptual aesthetic elements with analysis problems to solve problems quickly and effectively; I have learned something about water, electricity, heating, communication, air, fire fighting, telecommunications, computers and the Internet. I think, although I am not the most professional, I am really comprehensive, which is very important for a technical management worker.

Fourth, I have the spirit of seeking truth from facts that dares to practice and challenge. Through the practice and exercise of many jobs, I have cultivated my abilities in speaking, writing, doing things and doing things. Working for 20 years, active thinking, wide hobbies, courage to practice, quick to accept new things; At the same time, I am energetic, energetic, enthusiastic and motivated. I participated in the design, construction, installation and debugging of air conditioning and dust removal in two XX factories with investment of more than 20 million yuan respectively. He has also designed, constructed, installed and debugged hydropower in many factories and enterprises, and designed, constructed, installed and debugged decoration, electricity and network in many software and commercial enterprises. I also designed a complete property management bidding scheme for a certain property, and made many suggestions on the level and technical problems of large-scale properties and holding companies.

Fifth, I have the excellent qualities of being strict with myself, being honest and clean. I believe in being honest with others and being strict with myself. I have worked in a factory with hundreds of people for many years, not only maintaining the authority of the factory leaders, but also getting along with the workers' masters. It is precisely because of my good personality charm and life goals that I have established a deep brotherly relationship with my workmates and won their love. After working in a hotel, I have constantly strengthened my personal cultivation in my daily life and work, taking "honesty and trustworthiness, hard work" as my creed, being strict with myself, respecting leaders and uniting with comrades, which has been recognized by leaders and colleagues.

Sixth, I have certain management ability. I have been in the grass-roots management position 10 for many years, and I have been engaged in property engineering management for 6 years, and the equipment I manage has never had a major accident.

To sum up, I think I have the quality and talent to be the deputy general manager of property.

"One principle" is to share the worries for the leaders above, serve the residents below, and take the "three satisfactions" put forward by the management committee leaders as the principle, which is the starting point and the end result of all work.

The "two centers" focus on service and management, highlight service consciousness, promote management with service, bring service with management, improve their professional quality and do a good job in ideological and political work of the team.

The "three transformations" are to realize the transformation from management-oriented work to service-oriented work, from transactional work to high-quality work, and from housekeeping thinking to ownership.

I have no amazing achievements, no dazzling qualifications, no outstanding academic qualifications, and my advantages are not worth mentioning.
