In order to ensure the smooth distribution of public rental housing at the city level and achieve fairness, justice and openness, according to the provisions of the "Measures for the Administration of Public Rental Housing in Qinzhou City", on the basis of withdrawing from the housing at this stage, the following scheme is formulated:

Second, the lottery with rent object

(1) Time: 20221Thursday morning, October 27th 10: 00.

(2) Location: Conference Room on the 4th floor of Qinzhou Housing Security Center.

Fourth, the lottery distribution process

(1) The host read out the rules of this lottery on the spot.

(2) According to the list drawn from the waiting list, the number of applicants who have passed the single room guarantee qualification is ***2 1 1.

(3) According to the list drawn from the waiting list, 237 applicants who passed the qualification guarantee of one room and one living room were selected on the spot.

(4) According to the list drawn from the waiting list, 322 applicants passed the qualification examination of two rooms and one hall.

(five) after the completion of the lottery, the lottery results shall be notarized by the municipal notary office.

(6) After the lottery issuance, the lottery results will be publicized on the portal website of Qinzhou Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau and the bulletin board of Qinzhou Housing Security Center for 7 days.

(VII) After publicity without objection, Qinzhou Housing Security Center will notify the applicants who have obtained Shiwupeizu to sign the public rental housing lease contract at the property management office of each public rental housing community by telephone, SMS, etc. The signing period is 30 days. Failing to sign within the time limit shall be deemed as giving up this distribution. Applicants who originally rented public houses directly under the municipal government must vacate before going through the formalities of renting public houses.
