In order to improve the living environment around Yinchuan and enhance the image of the city, Ningxia Tianyuanda Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the group, requisitioned more than 65,438+0,200 mu of land in Desheng Industrial Park to develop and construct the "Tianyuan Du Ming" commercial housing project. The project has excellent geographical location, good surrounding environment and great development potential. The total planned construction area of the project is 700,000 square meters, and the estimated total investment is 800 million yuan. It takes five years to build a large-scale waterscape garden-style high-grade commercial and residential area.

According to the instructions of the leaders of Helan County Party Committee and county government on speeding up development and construction, Tianyuanda Real Estate Development Company started the construction of the first phase of "Tianyuan Du Ming" in July 2004. By the end of 2004, the main project with a total construction area of 28,800 square meters has been completed, including 25,000 square meters of villas and 3,800 square meters of business premises for commercial outlets, with an investment of more than 30 million yuan. In 2005, the construction of 50,000 square meters multi-storey residence started, and the main project was completed in August 2005.

In order to enhance the overall image of the company and add a bright stroke to the construction of the park, Zhang Hailong decided to build a comprehensive office building of Tianyuanda Group in Desheng Industrial Park. The office building has 7 floors with an investment of 20 million yuan, covering an area of 87.26 mu and a total construction area of 9,426 square meters. After the building was completed in May 2004, it became a landmark building of Desheng Industrial Park, attracting many owners such as Desheng Park Management Committee, local tax office, industrial and commercial office, police station, individual merchants and so on.

In order to provide small and medium-sized investors in Desheng Industrial Park with production and business premises, and to promote and prosper the construction and development of Desheng Industrial Park, Tianyuanda Real Estate Development Company requisitioned 2 17 mu of land west of Hongqiao Road in Desheng Industrial Park to build Yinchuan Desheng Industrial and Trade City. The planned total construction area of the Industry and Trade City is 73,004 square meters, with planned investment of 30 million yuan, standard industrial workshop of 33,696 square meters, commercial outlets of 4,320 square meters, comprehensive building 15600 square meters, exhibition hall and shed 19388 square meters. After the project was established, the company actively designed the scheme and cooperated with Ningshan Industrial Group. Since the construction started in late July, three standard workshops have been built, with a building area of 8,500 square meters. 1 commercial building, construction area 1400 m2. At present, the combination of renting and selling is adopted, and the business prospect is promising.
