National requirements for the management of residential swimming pools

(5) The whole pool surface, pool edge, handrails and ditches of the swimming pool should be kept clean and washed, and washed and disinfected every day. 2. The swimming pool shall be handled in accordance with relevant laws and regulations on health and environmental protection. The health and safety of the swimming pool are managed by designated personnel, and lifeguards are set up to be responsible for the order and safety of swimmers.

Article 2 The term "property management" as mentioned in these Regulations refers to the activities that the owners employ property management enterprises, and the owners and the property management enterprises carry out maintenance, conservation and management of the houses, supporting facilities and related sites in accordance with the property service contract, so as to maintain the environmental sanitation and order in the relevant areas.

Article 3 The State encourages owners to choose property management enterprises through an open, fair and just market competition mechanism.

Article 4 The State encourages the adoption of new technologies and methods in property management, and relies on scientific and technological progress to improve the management and service level.

Fifth the State Council construction administrative departments responsible for the supervision and management of the national property management activities. The real estate administrative departments of local people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the supervision and management of property management activities within their respective administrative areas.
