The "Notice" clearly puts forward the pilot tasks from four aspects: improving community service facilities, creating a livable living environment, promoting intelligent services, and improving community governance mechanisms.

Specifically, (1) improve community service facilities. Promote the pilot project of complete community construction with the jurisdiction of community neighborhood committees as the basic unit. In accordance with the requirements of standards and specifications such as the Planning and Design Standard for Urban Residential Areas (GB50 180-20 18) and the Construction Standard for Urban Community Service Stations (JB 167-20 14), the comprehensive community service facilities, kindergartens and nurseries will be planned and built.
