20 18 to 2020 will no longer be included in the renovation plan for 2002/kloc-0 to 2023, so the new residential area will not be included in the renovation plan.

The new city community is located in the bus hub of the new railway station, with complete facilities and convenient transportation. There are banks, schools, shopping malls and post offices nearby. Xinshi Community is located in the southwest corner of the intersection of Zhonghua South Street and Xinshi Middle Road in the west of Qiaoxi. It was planned and developed by the company. There are about 2950 households in 60 buildings, and there is no elevator. In terms of parking spaces, underground parking spaces are only rented and not sold. The service property is the property of the neighborhood Committee, with thoughtful service and good management. The community is near the subway: West Triangle (Metro Line 3) and Shijiazhuang Station (Metro Line 2; Metro Line 3), Huai (Metro Line 3), Tatan (Metro Line 2), Yuancun (Metro Line 2), Cangfeng Road Liucun (Metro Line 2) and Dongli (Metro Line 3).
